Shipping Model
The build, runtime, and CI/CD decisions behind a Cloudflare-ready Astro marketing site.
Shipping Model
This project is optimized for fast iteration with a low runtime footprint.
Build path
bun install
bun run check
bun run build
The CI workflow runs the same steps, then the deploy workflow uses Wrangler to push the built output to the Cloudflare runtime.
Keeping CI and local commands identical reduces configuration drift and makes failures easier to reproduce.
Runtime decisions
- Astro handles the HTML-first shell.
client:only="react"isolates the hook-heavy interactive islands in development and production.- GSAP is limited to hero and timeline reveal work.
- Motion is limited to the interactive demo surfaces.
- Lottie stays inside a tiny window instead of becoming a global dependency.
Delivery checklist
- Canonical URLs and sitemap are generated from the configured
site. robots.txtis generated from an Astro route.- Theme switching uses a tiny inline boot script and CSS variables.
- Docs are validated through Content Collections before they reach production.
